I fell in love with this print on first sight. Instantly, I thought it would make a great fabric for a music notebook cover. Way back when I purchased the fabric for my Makalya bag, I bought a half yard of this beauty too.

The pattern was very easy to follow and fit my composition notebook like a glove. I opted to piece the cover so that the inner sleeves would be black, and so I could have lots leftover of the beautiful music print.

I'll definitely be making some more of these journal covers soon. In the near future, I'm already planning for a cover with my school mascot and name and a cover with a EPP panel I've been looking to find a home for.
